So it’s official! On Saturday, October 15th at 2pm Mountain, 4pm Eastern I’m giving a zoom talk for the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation about my bike trip last summer! I’ll talk about how I planned it, as well as highlights and struggles. I’ll read a few excerpts from my personal journal and descriptions I wrote while on the road. Please come and support me. Hi, Meghan – I hope to join you for your presentation. I’m a member of both LCTHF and Adventure Cycling – and I’m a Clark! My brother and his wife cycled the L&C Trail on a tandem in 1985 from Astoria, OR to Saint Louis (and then on to the North Carolina coast from there). I’m still captivated by that cycling venture and the L&C story. I look forward to hearing your presentation.

I regret (really!) that I’m going to be traveling on that date and I probably won’t be able to attend. I’d love to hear your perspective on that major life trip with a year’s hindsight.
